1. Repair

CAW has methods and procedures to repair virtually any type of roof system. If your roof can be repaired, this is your most economical approach. Is your roof old and causing overhead problems? You do not have the money now to reroof. We will patch your existing roof and guarantee our work!

2. Restore

Restoration extends the useful life of your existing roof. If, your roof is basically sound, CAW can use industry acceptable practices to keep your roof watertight for years. We have available infrared or nuclear moisture reading equipment so we can identify the portions of your roof assembly that has been damaged by water infiltration. We identify the points of moisture infiltration and stop your leaks right the first time. If your roof is restorable, this work can be done for a fraction of the price of a total roof replacement.

3. Retrofit

This course of action is to install a new system over the existing roof. We do this to save the existing insulation, while providing a new system. Once again, moisture surveys help identify where deteriorated insulation is present. This way the only roof removal is where it is required and in isolated areas. This option provides significant savings by eliminating the cost of removing and disposing the entire roof system.

4. Replace

This option is only chosen when the roof assembly has deteriorated to the point where the other three options are not viable.
