	CLARK PROPERTIES - St. Louis, Missouri This project consisted of cleaning the existing Transite Roofs, tear off existing shingles and plywood, covering a portion of the area, and the installation of Energy Saving Polyurethane Foam. The area covered was approximately 200,000 square feet.
	YORKSHIRE PLAZA - Webster Groves, Missouri This project consisted of installing Energy Saving Polyurethane Foam. The area covered was approximately 100,000 square feet,
	HUSSMANN REFRIGERATION - Bridgeton, Missouri Energy Saving Polyurethane Foam and Neogard Urethane Coatings were installed over the entire plant. This huge reroofing project covers an area of nearly 1,600,000 square feet.
	ALCO CONTROLS - St. Louis, Missouri This project consisted of a complete tear off of the existing Built-Up Roof which in places was up to twelve inches thick. A new BondCote Heat-Welded Thermoplastic Single-Ply Roof was installed. The area covered was approximately 125,000 square feet.
	BEVO PLACE - St. Louis, Missouri This project consisted of a complete Waterproofing Project including power washing the exterior, caulking the perimeters of the openings, and installing an Elasticlad Elastomeric Wall Coating.Multiple colors were used to accent the building.Energy Saving Polyurethane Foam was also installed on the roof.
	HOLIDAY INN - Clayton, Missouri This project consisted of Waterproofing the tower including removing all existing Sealant and recaulking all windows, mullions and panels.
	ORLANDO GARDENS - St. Louis, Missouri This project consisted of a Metal Roof Restoration. The roof was power washed and primed with Zinc Chromate Primer; all vertical seams were stripped with polyester fabric and elastomeric coating. The roof then received two coats of white reflective Armorcrylic Elastomeric Coating.
	KAANAPALI ALII - Maui, Hawaii This project consisted of a roof restoration including power washing, repairs to roof membrane, renewing flashings and coating the roof and flashings with Missouri Paint and Varnish reflective Aluminum Coating.
	CAVALIER CORPORATION - Chattanooga, Tennessee This project consisted of a complete tear off of the existing roofing and installation of new, built-up roofs.
	VISTA PINES CONDOMINIUM - Stuart, Florida This very large project consisted of Energy Saving Polyurethane Foam and Silicone Coating. These roofs cover a total of 360,000 square feet and were installed over 20 years ago.
	CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH - Miami, Florida Complete Building Restoration Project of 50,000 square feet. Sandblasting Exterior, Concrete Wall Repairs, Grouting, Elasticlad Coating, Sealing and Painting Window Perimeters.
	UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA UGA COLISEUM - Athens, Georgia This project consisted of power washing the existing roof, necessary repairs, and coating the roof with Neogard Acrylic Elastomeric Coating.
